Shipping & Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, we will refund your credit card for the purchase amount less shipping and handling within 14 business days of receipt of your return. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unused and unopened with all packaging included and with copy of the invoice and the written reason for return included.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, you must return your original order and place a new order separately with us from our website. When shipping product back to Shoppers World, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. Customers should also get a tracking # for all items sent back to Shoppers World as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit. We can not accept returns of custom embroidered products unless the product or the embroidery is defective.

If you would like to return a purchase made on our websites to a store, you may do so. Returns to stores for items purchased on-line must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. You will need to present your packing slip at the time of the return along with the unassembled and unused item(s) in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers returning an item to a store can make an exchange for any merchandise in the store or can be issued a store credit in the amount of the return. Credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item if you do not have documentation. Cash or Credit Card refunds are not available in stores. You will also need to present a photo-ID (passport, state issued drivers licenses or IDs, military ID) at the time of the return for verification.
